The accent rule
A voice carries the accent of the language it was recorded in. An English voice reading Chinese sounds English-accented, and vice versa. For multilingual content, pick one native voice per language and bind them to the same character — the correct way to keep a character consistent across languages, as explained on the voice cloning page.

No. The 24 character voices are original designs generated from text descriptions, not clones of real people or copyrighted performances. The Monkey King voice, for example, is an original take on the classic Journey to the West character, which is public domain.
