VoiceSmiths is an AI audio drama and voiceover tool: paste a chapter or a script and it finds every character, casts a voice for each and renders a full-cast audio drama. It also does plain voiceover, voice design and video dubbing. Here is how to reach us.

Email: voicesmiths@126.com for payments, refunds, accounts, bulk work and partnerships. Include the email you signed up with and the order number, if there is one, and we can help faster.
Tickets: signed in, open one under Settings → Tickets; replies appear on the same page.

Who runs VoiceSmiths

VoiceSmiths is run by an independent developer. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and the merchant name on your statement and on the Stripe checkout page, DeepOrigin Tech, LLC, is the company that receives VoiceSmiths payments. Alipay payments go through a payment aggregator. Every order, either way, is listed under Payments in your account.

Payments and refunds

Prices and the new-user price are on the pricing page.
Your first order can be refunded in full within 7 days if you have used no more than 150 credits, and credits for failed generations come back automatically. The full rules are in the refund policy.

Bulk work, teams and integrations

Teams producing a lot of audio drama, short-drama or video dubbing: email us your rough monthly volume (characters or videos), languages and how you deliver, and we will suggest a plan and a workflow. There is no public API yet; if you need one, email us what you would use it for.
