About this story
《给猫挂铃铛》讲老鼠们开会对付猫,想出给猫挂铃铛的妙计,却没有一只老鼠敢去挂。这个故事常被收进《伊索寓言》,英文名 Belling the Cat,但古希腊流传下来的伊索寓言集里并没有它,最早见于中世纪欧洲的寓言集,后来才归到伊索名下。这一版加入了胆小的小不点和白胡子老鼠爷爷,还让大花猫在结尾亲自来“参加会议”。

Tips for telling it
- 大花猫出场时压低嗓子、拖长“喵——”,开会时让老鼠们叽叽喳喳,一闹一静最抓耳朵。
- 老鼠爷爷问“谁去挂”之后停两秒,让孩子先回答:如果是你,你去吗?
- 大一点的孩子可以接着想:有没有不用冒险就能提防大花猫的办法?练习把好主意变成做得到的计划。
